I wanted to get the ventrilo server set up and that made me wait 1 whole day even though i opened up a ticket. Then I receieved help much later, which wasn't sufficient. The person said the ventrilo should be up and the login info should be emailed to me, but it never was.

Stealth Servers Revamping
At Stealth Servers we do all we can to exceed your expectations. We are constantly initiating research and development in order to provide you with better servers, better support, and an overall better experience. To show our commitment to you, we have begun taking several steps to further improve our company. The first of these is a revamped website. Our revamped website was done in order to provide a cleaner and a bit lighter site, and as well provide quicker page load times. We feel we have accomplished both of these goals. With the new site also comes some new changes to our infrastructure. We currently are in the process of improving our networks in every location to accompany our already upgraded hardware. These changes will help provide you with optimal conditions for your game servers. Best of all, we refuse to raise our prices regardless of the increased cost of our network. At Stealth Servers we believe in decreased profits per customer and more savings for the customer. Our marketing plan is directed to be more global seeking a mass of customer’s rather than large profits off fewer customers. New Billing System
In light of the many changes and advancements Stealth Servers has been making, we have decided to move to a new billing system. All current customers have already been transferred to this new system. With this new software, we will also be developing automated server and account upgrades, easier and far more accurate invoicing, as well as many other benefits. During development, automated server setup will be temporarily disabled, so new customers please expect 12-24 hours for server setup despite what our site reads. Instant server setup is estimated to be available in 1-2 weeks. Current customers can login to the new billing panel using the same link along with their current email and password. If any bugs or billing mistakes are seen, please notify us, and we will quickly resolve them. Also for new customers we have also implemented huge discounts for users who order for three, six, and twelve months. These prices have also been applied to new customers who ordered for greater then a month, so expect your next invoice to be cheaper if you fall into this category.
